What do Players do at SK ...

  1. Hear It: Each habit or skill is taught first.

  2. See It: Players watch films of College or Professional players using each habit.

  3. Do It: Players learn to apply each habit in game situations.

Boys & Girls: Grades 4th-12th 

 

What to bring:

Bring Your Ball & Water Bottle. 

Training camps provide an INTENSE but FUN and RIGOROUS experience focused on:

 

  • Ball-handlingShooting, PassingDefense,1on1 attackingFinishing moves

  • Athletes will also develop Teamwork and the Intangibles necessary to become a great leader and a winner. 

  • Athletes will learn the tools necessary to beat faster, stronger, and taller players. They will also learn how to train efficiently so that all of their efforts will translate into being successful on the basketball court.

Schedule: 

Weekdays: Monday-Friday.

8:30 AM-9 AM: Check-In

9AM-12PM: Skill & Drills/ Station Work

12 PM-1 PM: LUNCH (*Lunch included Pizza, chips, and fountain drink of choiceto Purchase on site)

1 PM-3PM: 3vs3 Skills Implementation

  • Week 1: 3rd-7th

  • *Mini Camp: 10th-14th

Mini Camp is FULL No more registration at this time

  • Week 2: 17th-21st

  • Week 5: 15th-19th

  • Week 6: 22nd-26th

  • Week 7: 29th-2nd
